Because we are not contracted or "in network" with any insurance companies we are able to file and accept payment from all insurance companies that pay out-of-network benefits. Plans that are described as PPO or Premier, or any plan that does not carry the HMO or DMO label will pay our office directly.

Before you visit our office for the first time we will verify your insurance coverage. At your new patient visit we will develop a thorough and comprehensive treatment plan to address all of your concerns. We will then use the information provided by your insurance company as well as our extensive database of previous interactions with your insurance company to generate as accurate of an estimate as possible of what we expect your insurance to pay and the total amount we expect you to be responsible for. Because insurance companies will try to find any excuse not to pay their portion these estimates cannot be guaranteed, but rest assured that we deal with these companies every single day. Ultimately you are responsible for covering the cost of your care, but we will fight tooth and nail to maximize your insurance coverage and keep your out-of-pocket portion as low as possible.
